About the Recipe
Sometimes you find yourself with little time but still craving something delicious. You won’t believe it, but with a few oranges, a few simple ingredients, and a blender, you can create a cake that fills the house with an irresistible aroma. Orange cake is the perfect recipe to make the most of this seasonal fruit and celebrate the arrival of winter.

Ingredients
2 organic oranges (well-washed, with the peel)
3 eggs
100 ml of milk
250 g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
100 g of brown sugar (or white sugar)
80 g of melted butter (or 50 ml of vegetable oil)
50 g of walnuts (or other choice of nuts or raisins)
50 g of chocolate chips
Powdered sugar for decorating
Preparation
Step1
Roughly chop the oranges (without peeling them) and place them in a blender. Add the eggs and milk to the blender, then blend until smooth and well combined.
Step2
Transfer the blended mixture into a large bowl and add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and melted butter (or vegetable oil). Mix everything together with a spatula or whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Step3
Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips (or raisins or other dried fruit). Gently mix to distribute them evenly throughout the batter.
Step4
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes. Once cooled, dust the cake with powdered sugar and serve.
