25g tomato paste
200g chickpeas
130ml coconut milk
Curry and Paprika Spices
Salt and pepper
Fresh coriander (optional)
Olive oil
Preparation
Step1
In a pan, brown the onions with a little oil, then add the chopped garlic and ginger.

Add the spices and tomato paste, mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Step3
Add the chickpeas and coconut milk, then simmer until the curry thickens. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh cilantro. Try it with rice or naan bread!
