MY STORY
My journey began in a very simple way: cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, guided by curiosity and a love for food. Over time, however, I realized that I could go beyond recipes and turn this passion into a tangible tool for well-being.
As I grew, I started observing and experimenting firsthand the effects that nutrition and movement have on my energy, balance, and overall quality of life. Experiencing these changes myself and sharing insights with others inspired me to explore these topics in a more conscious and structured way.
My focus naturally turned to supporting women and individuals who want to improve their habits, building a healthier, more sustainable, and adaptable lifestyle. For this reason, I have oriented my cooking toward recipes designed to support an active and balanced lifestyle, while always keeping the pleasure of eating at the heart.
To give this path even more depth, I pursued formal training and earned my certification as a PN nutritional coach. Today, I combine my personal experience with specialized knowledge in nutrition education and support, which I bring to my services: personalized nutritional consultations, meal prep lessons, practical guidance in meal planning, and mindful grocery shopping together, helping people translate theory into concrete actions. I believe well-being comes from small daily changes, guided with competence, balance, and realism. This is exactly the approach I bring to my work every day.
